Belmont Business Park

The Belmont Business Park is a joint venture with Helios (Belmont) Ltd and Whelan Construction. Both have built up a solid reputation and are successful property development companies working in all sectors of the commercial property market.
The masterplan for the site provides for 11 acres of business space on the Park providing freehold business premises. Current occupiers include Bede plc, Capita, Home Housing Association, Indigo Software, Arnott Commercial Insurance, Waterstones, Reuben Page, Birks Sinclair and the Regional Learning and Skills Council.        Bus Timetables
