The building is a self-contained and secure development of offices, comprising approximately 2790 sq. m over 3 floors for the main building and 53.5 sq.m for the gatehouse. The building elevations incorporate a high level of design and a range of materials to create an aesthetically pleasing development. Vehicular access is from the primary estate road and beyond the inner security fence is restricted to employees, deliveries and fire engine access. Dedicated disabled bays are proposed.
Pedestrian Routes
The site is located within reach of local amenities, including a post office and a supermarket. For the safety of pedestrians, Belmont Business Park has footpaths along the main distributor road.
Cycle Routes
The distributor road is not subject to a high volume of traffic. Cycle routes are therefore not provided.

Belmont Business Park is strategically located both on the outskirts of Durham City and just off Junction 62 of the A1(M) motorway. With Newcastle-upon-Tyne approximately 15 miles north via the A1(M) and Sunderland some 9 miles north east via the A690, Belmont Business Park’s location has been central to is success.
